Why does every Kaioken Kamehameha alway end up just being = to Kaioken Goku's power at that time? Does Kaioken interfere with it or something?

Probably a misread, all the kamehameha "far higher" ratings broadly cover base, kaioken and other amps, just to not bloat the profiles

I thought the CRT would pass, the arguments were very good, but as always, DB can't be low 1-C with Goku's single punches

Nah, was more talking about how Kaioken x20 Goku's Kamehameha was only 60 million, and yet was still portrayed as Goku's max at the time.
Kinda also see it with the Kamehameha against Vegeta, since Kaioken x4 Goku would've already been 32k, anything higher definitely should have killed Vegeta.
Hell we even see it in the Movies kinda with Cooler just swimming through a charged Kaioken x20 Goku's Kamehameha, despite being nowhere near SSJ Goku’s power.
Ig it could be that Goku's max kaioken drains stamina so rapidly that charged attacks aren't that much stronger than regular ones.

Charged attack aren't always consistently a one-shot or that significant of a difference, Kaioken does not at all nullify the kamehameha there's examples like with Moro's arm getting blasted off which debunks this

I think it's worth noting that the Kamehameha grows stronger as the user refines it. Piccolo states Cell's usage of it was weak because it was based on Saiyan Saga Goku's Kamehameha. And we know Goku at the start of that saga had his power level multiply by a little over 2x when using the Kamehameha.
By the time of Super we see Vegeta develop the Gamma Burst Flash which is powerful enough to blast apart several God Zamasu copies simultaneously when Vegeta was already weakened and CSSB Goku alone had an extremely hard time matching a single God Zamasu. Albeit Vegeta used his life force in that attack which would have magnified it further but Goku's Kamehameha against Moro was also an act of desperation.
I will note, however, that in Toei the limit seems to be pretty firmly 10x. As GT Goku's X10 Kamehameha is repeatedly stated to be his strongest technique. You can still scale the Spirit Bomb past that but for techniques used individually? 10x is the peak Toei Goku reaches. And I imagine very few characters have an argument for better technique than Goku in the Toei continuity.

It’s a combination of Kaioken and Blue, it’s explicitly said in both the manga and even more on the DB website, even if the red aura isn’t present
