Oh yeah. It's a bit long, but I'll give a slightly abridged version.
Basically she's the actual Majin Buu equivalent from a different universe (I'm going by more loosey-goosey Dragon Ball Multiverse rules cuz it's more fun that way). She was created by the Supreme Kais (more particularly one named "Oppan") to be a divine agent of good and made specifically to protect the entire universe. But an evil wizard named "Hocuspocus" planned and waited for just the right moment to bring a trap on Sesomae and take control of her mind before using her to lay waste to the entire universe. However, with great sacrifice, the Kais utilized a spell that would seal the evil part of Sesomae, the one created by Hocuspocus, away within her and then throw her far outside of the universe to finally put an end to the threat Sesomae posed. Despite this, Hocuspocus was able to slip away into the shadows to continue to bring death and destruction to the universe.
Sesomae was picked up by the Time Patrol and, after a mission that went wrong as she witnessed the darkness in her heart as the seal within started to falter, she decided to re-encounter her past. After learning of what she has done while under the control of Hocuspocus, she swore to make things right and traveled to the World of the Supreme Kais and was met with hostility due to the damage she's caused, but was able to convince them of her intentions. That's when they devised a plan to conquer her evil half using a spell that allows her to do just that. After a hard-fought battle, she came out victorious and absorbed her evil half to truly become whole. Complete. Everything she's done and everything she didn't do now flows through her mind as she became a Super Majin. This was all to prepare her to finally fight Hocuspocus, a practitioner of foul death magic who collected souls, withholding them from going to the afterlife, and was going to drain the entire universe dry of everything it had and reduce it to a hollow husk.
Within this destructive battle, unfortunately, it wiped out all life on the Supreme Kai's world as Hocuspocus's magic started to drain the Kai's life energy and the life energy of the Kai World itself and began to turn it into a desolate wasteland. That's when the fight shifted into higher gear as it was starting to tear apart the world itself, especially with Hocuspocus having the World of Kais' life energy, he could manipulate that entire world. Sesomae fought hard against his magic with her own brand of magic paired with physical might but it just wasn't enough until, in a showing of intelligence as she had been observing Hocuspocus since the very beginning of the fight, she was able to copy one of his own techniques, the Soulflames. With this new move, she was able to more greatly damage him. As he got desperate, he began to unleash the souls that he had absorbed to fight for him, but Sesomae was able to use the flames combined with her healing magic to unchain the souls from his grasp to release them. Millions. Billions. Trillions. More and more souls were being released as she made a bum-rush towards Hocuspocus with her first outward as she channeled her energy to unleash power that started to crack and shake entire dimensions right into his face, in order to shatter his his skeletal body, his wretched spirit, and his his entire being all across reality to permanently put an end to him forever.
After the dust settled and all of the released souls floated aimlessly throughout the ravaged world of the Kais, she would utilize the last remains of her power to combine her Soulflames and her healing magic once more to mend these broken souls and at least plant the seeds of new life back to the entire universe to undo the damage Hocuspocus caused. She couldn't bring anyone back to life, but she at least allowed all of the souls to rest and finally pass on to the afterlife. From that point on, she promised to keep her promise to truly make amends with the world she previously destroyed and she intends to become a Supreme Kai to protect her world from things like this. Heavily emphasized that she won't stay weak as a Kai and won't make it so easy for a destruction god to get his way, either. But that is a journey she is taking right and is a process she wishes to truly learn from and eventually earn that right.
