Wait if speed is unequalized wouldn't the above baseline immeasurable speed allow Heroes Zamasu to dodge?

Can he dodge a infinite amount of attacks hitting him at every place in existence...and also negating probability?

Looking at Simon and Spiral profiles, there is no conceptual nor plot neg and we can see only Mid-Godly negetion. Now looking at Zamasu, we can see Conceptual level regeneration and High-Godly regen. So no, he can't kill Zamasu

Just because Simon’s profile doesn’t accurately reflect the level of damage Simon can do doesn’t change the fact he can deal that damage.

Why aren't Shin and gowasu tier 2 for blocking IZ attacks

Probably because that’s a massive outlier. Shin and Gowasu are far weaker than Goku and Vegeta, (even their base forms), which IZ scales above, but they could block it. At best it would be 2-C durability via barrier as a hax, not scalable to their AP/tier.

The barrier just deflect the attacks away iirc, not outright tanking it
