Sure, but it’s not worth it since he has already mastered Kaioken. A hypothetical Super Saiyan Blue 3 would be eight times stronger than the normal Super Saiyan Blue, while Kaioken can boost power up to twenty times.
But yes, it’s possible. After all, Blue is nothing more than a mix of Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan 1.
Besides, the energy consumption from that would be insanely huge.
