I think he ends at the early ToP even at the highest, with only SSJ4 Gogeta getting further, and even then SSJ4 Gogeta would probably not succeed at the Broly movie. And even if he did, he wouldn’t get past that point, period.

The Super Anime gets 6U via the GoD Scaling, and even ignoring that and saying you just upscale from the values that already exist, Goku caps out at early ToP anyway thanks to the ridiculous power jumps Goku gets per UI moment.

And the Broly movie introduces the ludicrous multiplier of SSB Gogeta (in both continuities), which means that you’d have to be at least that strong to do anything past that point, because the Granolah Saga makes it clear that Goku and Co. are the strongest (mortals) in U7. Including Broly. (Meaning Goku is at least as strong, if not stronger, than Gogeta now.)

And because DBS: Broly also happens in the manga, I’m fairly sure that the scaling shakes out about the same way (made worse by further upscaling with the Manga-Exclusive Arcs). Fusion plus Blue is just such a massive jump that it literally bypasses basically all the Toei scaling that exists for GT outright in one steroid shot. Maaaaybe GT gets further if you like, make 2-C Base Goku and Vegeta take longer (as we have accepted currently with the Black Arc), but even then I really wouldn’t bet on it. At all.

But if a flash of light(or ki) can be MFTL+, what stops it from being slower than light depending on the user? Also, yeah he’s emitting flash of light. His ki is really fast and ki glows, so it’s a rapid beam of light. But that doesn’t mean the ki itself is made of photons.

Because that'd be stupid? And, you'd have to prove that? Like, we know the Death Beam can be faster because we have seen the Death Beam keep pace with faster characters, but you have to prove the Death Beam would be slower in any situation.

Again, the Death Beam itself is described as a flash of light. Other Ki Manipulation Techniques are not described like that. In fact, in the Broly light novel for example, every other attack is referred to as generic "beams" and "energy bullets", and only explosions are described as being bright and producing light. That, and one of Frieza's other attacks, the Supernova, which is literally just described as a light growing above Frieza's fingertip.

Pretty sure it falls something like that, ignoring the in between transformations that exist (i.e., only Earth Moro and not counting Moro’s various phases), and only counting a given character at their “current” Peak (so Gohan in the Manga is taken from Broly V Gohan, whereas Anime Gohan is the Superhero movie, not trying to account for each arc’s differences).

Zeno’s Guards are removed because we literally have no reference point to their strength. Like there’s nothing we can say about them at all that’s concrete, not even implication.

I wasn’t sure how to quantify that, honestly, when I made my thread, like, is Baby the virus flexing, or is it Vegeta’s body? It’s such a weird moment—Especially because Baby eventually is able to expel him. And then I just forgot honestly.

I think this is a clear-cut example of Enhanced Awareness, as Goku was aware of the townspeople's presence without picking up a sound, scent, or even vibration in the air. This was also eons before he learnt how to sense Ki.

Yeah, I also want to fix that in the next thread, but more scans would be helpful for that. Also I want to give the Z-Fighters another type of Enhanced Vision because I just realized something after I reread the chapter a while ago.

there definitely is, gt is probably the most contradictory to dbs, which doesn't really pose that many problems to previous media
 
Is there evidence for the mind existing in the soul? Could this lead to mind manipulation for ki manipulation, depending on the degree

the soul is accepted as being one of the components of ki, and it is accepted that ki can harm other people's souls

If the mind exists in ki, wouldn't that give it an unconventional resistance to mind manipulation? Does bleach have something similar (honest doubt)

In Bleach, the fundamental building block of spiritual matter is Reishi, which includes the minds of spiritual beings (i.e., Soul—every type of spiritual being is a Soul). Reiryoku and Reiatsu directly interact with Reishi; therefore, they directly interact with the minds of Souls; and because Souls can incur attacks targeting their fundamental building blocks without being erased from existence, they possess Resistance.

As far as currently accepted, the mind is not made from Ki; in fact, as far as the series has established, the mind is a factor in producing Ki.
