Before fusing with the crystal, he could already do these things. He also wished that everyone in the universe would forget a person, and the crystal seems to have no limit to its wishes, as long as it is energized.

Yeah, your lungs expand and burst, and your blood starts to boil, that’s bad for normal people but Goku and Vegeta are super alien martial artists who get hit by giant laser beams constantly and fly at massively faster than light speeds without much problem.

I don’t get trying to use descriptions of attacks. Being light-based does not lightspeed make, (especially supernatural light) unless the light literally is said to be that fast (see the Naruto Databooks). Additionally, even assuming it is Lightspeed, that then implies the attack never got faster (as you referenced the Broly Movie Novel), or has a set speed, when that’s demonstrably not the case. It makes about as much sense as trying to scale Kid Goku to the Solar Flare just because it uses light to attack, ignoring how it caught infinitely faster foes later because it’s about the user, not the medium itself.
