That Goku vs Sonic comic has some stellar art but god that dude cannot write to save his life, Goku takes risks but he won't just allow innocent people and the land be destroyed just for a fight because he can use the Dragon Balls to fix it.

Yes, I am being dead serious right now. It's true that Goku doesn't fit the mold of a traditional hero, as Toriyama designed him to be like, but to say he would let innocent people get hurt just for the sake of a good fight is completely ridiculous.

Goku didn't revive Frieza post ToP. In fact he never had any intention of reviving him. Whis was the one who did that.

Super forms do not have percentages of suppressed power, they have boost forms, which are like an aura around you, but that's it.

A) Goku had to become a Super Saiyan God and fight Beerus, otherwise the latter would've simply destroyed the planet.
B) Beerus was so much stronger than Goku back then that the thought of Goku defeating him is laughable
And C) the thought of Earth being destroyed and his friends dying fueled Goku's motivation enough to make him break through his limits and destroy the attack which was going to destroy the planet in his base form.

If anything, I think that whole exchange goes to show that Goku is willing to go past his limits and beyond for the sake of his friends and the planet he was raised on.

1. He let Vegeta go, knowing that the guy could be a great danger, even Krillin told him that he is a great danger, even so Goku considered that he could defeat him later.
2. He gave energy to Freeza, which allowed him to return as a Freeza wick and if it weren't for Trunks, everyone would go to shit (not to literal hell)
3. everything that was the final part of his fight with Cell, yes, he stopped Cell from destroying the earth, but he was also the one who gave him a seed from the hermit and sent Gohan to fight, even though, for What did he do? To let his son fight Cell and recover to his full potential???
4. Majin Buu, he could have defeated him, even if he had a time limit, he had ENOUGH time to defeat him, but no, he passed the responsability to goten and trunks...and we know how that ended up at the end.
5. the final part, Moro merged with the earth
