Nah, Outer seems more fair because he hates everything, and by definition, everything mean of course, his hate encompasses even the depths unreality and reality, therefore his hate stretches to ontological perfect necessities being superior to both existence and non-existence, his hate is abstract, conceptual negating infinite aura+++ so therefore Outer+ (69 layers + 10000+++ Aura)

Speaking as a Sonic fan here: the writer of this comic is making Goku act out of character.
Goku loves a good fight as much as the next guy, but there's not a single chance in Hell that'd be be let reality be destroyed around him just because it can be restored with the Dragon Balls. I feel like that's just making him act in a manner which he realistically wouldn't.

I dunno. Wouldn’t say he’s flippant with lives to the degree of the comic, but i feel he doesn’t really think out everything completely. Certainly some actions he took weren’t for the best. Like reviving frieza post top. Also, wdym reductive, your saying tori was wrong, and yeah your right.
