Puzzle and Dragons CRT: Gaslowe continues to be a creator's pet. (Minor abilities update and a new standard equip)

Not a big crazy update, Gungho has chosen that now after the 'Dimension of the Mystic' plot they're giving Gaslowe a new equip item and buffed his ability loadout.

Lets start with the changes made to Gaslowe first:

Old Abilities that were updated:

- Devil's Detox: The multiplier for using Poison/Mortal Poison Orbs was knocked down to 5x from 8x, while the passive multiplier for all stats for Devil Type allies was boosted to 3.8x from 2x. A new effect was added to add 5 combos to all attacks using 5 or more Poison/Mortal Poison Orbs

- Resistance Bind[2]: Was changed to Resistance-Bind+, effect is exactly the same.

- Skill Boost: Was changed to Skill Boost+, effect is stronger than basic Skill Boost, but still the same

- Extend Time[2]: Was changed to Extend Time+, effect is exactly the same

- Two-Pronged Attack[3]: Was changed to TPAPlus and a single 'Two-Pronged Attack', which is equal to the original 'Two-Pronged Attack[3]'

- Blessing of Poison Orbs: Is now 'Blessing of Poison Orbs[4]'. increasing the odds of Poison Orb creation to 40%, and increases their potency from 2x to 16x

New ability:

- Super Enhanced Combos: Increases the power of attacks by 5x when they are made of 10 or more combos

Now lets talk about the new equip item, "Experimental Poison Demon Scientist, Gaslowe's Bracelet", and its abilities:

- Chemical Experimentation: Active ability, for a limited time (3 in-game turns) all attacks add 3 combos automatically and all current Orbs are enhanced, increasing their power by 7% (or more depending on monster abilities, irrelevant for Gaslowe as he does not have any abilities that boosts this)

- AddDevilType: Passive ability that gives any user of this equip the 'Devil Type', allowing them to use any abilities that benefit Devil Type characters but also makes them weak to Devil Type counters (Redundant ability for Gaslowe, he's already a Devil Type)

- Resistance-Skill Bind [2]: Passive ability that gives the user 40% chance to resist abilities being negated (Gaslowe already has one of these so technically not new)

-Two-Pronged Attack [2]: Attacks that use exactly 4 Orbs have their power increased by 2.89x and can target up to 2 foes (Gaslowe already has this power in base too)

So...TLDR:

Gaslowe doesn't really get anything new 'Power and Abilities' wise, that section will remain unchanged, they were all just mostly buffed, and his new equip just gives him more of the same powers he already has. So all of this will go into the 'Noteable Technique' section, a new tabber should be added for 'Experimental Poison Demon Scientist, Gaslowe's Bracelet', and it should itself be given: Power Bestowal (Equips give the abilities to their users), Statistics Amplification (Equips boost the power of the user, sometimes significantly enough to hit outside their weight class), Damage Boost (The Combo adder and TPA's increase damage of attacks, but not permanently), Resistance to Power Nullification (Resist Skill Bind helps resist getting power nulled), and MAYBE Body Control? (For changing the user's 'Type' when in use, since types are 'evolutionary branches' as revealed in PADZ? I'm not super sure that this is the correct label though)

Three staff are fine with it and there's no objections, so I don't think it'd be a bad idea at this point.
