Thing takes this with relative ease. While the humans did rather good, they were heavily armed with flamethrowers, had almost every possible advantage, and got lucky multiple times.
As well, a fair amount of times they killed it, it wasn't even a singular unit. Mina could easily be tricked into attacking one part of the Thing while a small body part latches around the leg and kills her via durability negation. Not to mention various moves such as the lashing vein/vines things as shown with the dogs- Mina isn't surviving this. Combine that with Mina needing to get in relatively close range to use her quirk at full effectiveness, and Mina's going to die before she knows what hit her. While she has range, she doesn't tend to abuse or focus on it (Shown in the tournament, where she slides towards the laser belly button and gets within pretty close range to attack).
So yes, Thing FRA.
