No she doesn't she toys with her oppenants and will tank attacks just to show boat as seen with gray road. Galen also blind sided her due to her cocky attitude as well. I'm leaning Aladdin he's a better tactician and with the aid of solemns wisdom would give him an edge over all of Merlin's magic not to mention molecular manipulation on top of space would allow him to distort most of Merlin's attacks.
Also the Arba fight showed he ain't holding back no more to whip out his hax abilities.

She didn't screw around when deailng with Gray Road. She scared the living daylights out of them first (because she knew how they would react), but he instantly vaporized Gray Road's bugs with Extermination Ray, flash froze the captured humans to prevent them from becoming demons, and captured the demon with Endless Whirl in a few minutes tops.
It should be noted that she is definitely the most intelligent of the Sins and was even able to knockout the likes of Meliodas.

Aladdin's best bet against Merlin would be his Solomon's wisdom. It gives him a form of precognition thanks to the rukh allowing him to see Merlin's past present and future. Not sure if it borderlines no limit fallacy, but it was shown to be the reason Aladdin was able to master his father's space time magic against Judar in an instant. While also allowing him to nullify judars magic and distort the space and gravity around him to send him flying across space does Merlin have a counter to this or his ability to redirect attacks with space manipulation.
He's a prodigy when it comes to thinking of other options on the spot and has been shown to be the best adapting fighter in Magi. The Arba fight showed how calculating he can be and how he kept a leg up at all times.
He would know Merlin's background her tricks and spells and her origins. This fight can go either way depends if Merlin can stop time around someone else or just her because Aladdin can literally riderect all her magic. Has she shown the ability to stop time around people other than flash freeze is my question.

current merlin wins with higher AP, so assuming alladins vector-manipulation will change its direction like it did with other attacks is NLF,
but 7-B merlin loses, most of her attacks can be diverted by alladin easily, so boot, teleportation wouldnt work if it is dont with ill intentions since not even mind manipulation worked on him thanks to borg, so teleporting him into the ground isnt possible,
all in all:
6C merlin wins mid diff, 7B aladdin wins high diff
