I don't think Escanor has anything to truly put Aku down due to his lack of any abilities that are truly divine, that and he can't bypass his regen. There are also Aku's hax, such as BFR, that gives him the benefit, especially with him being bloodlusted.

With that, Aku wins via regen and BFR.

There's also the fact that he'd be getting constantly weaker after 1 minutes and eventually wouldn't be able to do much of anything.
