Agent 47 fights some Ugly Supernatural Monster

How strong is the Creeper? 47 is pretty high-end Wall level for withstanding a portion of the explosion from a 9-A RPG-7 that blew up huge portions of a motel, and he has no problems taking direct hits from a normal non 9-A variant of the RPG-7, which peaks out at 2.1 kg of TNT generally.
But, even if their AP was equal, 47 outskills by a long shot, being somewhat on par with, if not superior to his best friend Lucas Grey. with SBA dictating that this fight is in New York with speed equalized and both of them 20 meters away, 47 eventually will find a way out to silently take out the Creeper with a few of his bullets, since they hit harder than 47's AP, and considerably higher than what the Creeper can muster right now, given his feats.
Thus, I vote 47 via skill, intelligence, creativity and overall better weapons.
