According to this page, ├æo├▒o´s feat is actually 5-C, and such physical feat also scales to his Durability, per the site´s standards with physically made feats. And there´s also how El Chavo´s durability feat is actually 9-A, which would scale to the entire El Chavo cast.

Conclusion:

- ├æo├▒o get´s his stats changed to:

Tier: 9-C | Varies from 9-A to 5-C

- Everyone´s "cartoon" key get´s upgrade to 9-A

Update, after the discussion, now this is a downgrade:

Now everyone that scales to El Chavo and Don Ramon (Cartoon keys) get an "At least 9-B, likely 9-A" rating, while now-6-C+ calced feat of ├æo├▒o´s earthquake is only scaled to him with a "Varies from 9-B to 6-C" rating.

Maybe knocking over those statues from across the world is more of a feat.

Nothing of Magnitude 9 happened though. The city is still there, the park and the trees are still there, the characters are still there... If the continents really shattered, it would be an absolute disaster. The "feat" seems to be just a passing joke, we are talking about El Chavo Animado and not Dragon Ball after all.

What I said is that knocking over the statues is a better feat, since at least it's not contradicted on the very next scene.

What he knocked over seemed to be Tula's Atlantean Figures in Mexico. Tula's Archeological site is at 98 kilometers from the City of Mexico where El Chavo lives (I think).

Mercalli should be 8, "Damage slight in specially designed structures; considerable damage in ordinary substantial buildings with partial collapse. Damage great in poorly built structures. Fall of chimneys, factory stacks, columns, monuments, walls. Heavy furniture overturned."

Magnitude at distance is, therefore, 7.

7+ 6.399 + 1.66├ùlog((97.9/110)├ù((2├ù¤Ç)/360))

Joules: 10^(1.5*(10.3965038412)+4.8)

If you want to go a step further, you could still use the Standard Calculation for shaking the Earth and argue for Small Country level.
