Henry Brogan Upgrade

Henry Brogan can harm those who can harm him. He does have Wall level durability.

He should have his speed upgraded using a Glock pistol and ArmaLite AR-15:

Transonic attack speed with weapons (375 m/s) to Supersonic+ (1,006 m/s)

Danielle Upgrade

Danielle fought and defeated a highly trained soldier who hit her so hard that he shattered glass with her head.

So, both men should be upgraded to Tier 9-B and Danielle to Tier 9-C.
