I think that he needs help with knowing what statistics changes that should be applied and what the justifications should be.

Perhaps you mixed up the threads that you responded to? It has happened to me at times when I have much to do.

Oh sorry, I was in a rush this morning nd assumed it was a markup question, unable to see the full conversation

Anyway. Bubblegum, Patience, and Flame Princess should all have two keys for now. Base | Elementals. Base should Large Town level+ and Eleemntals should be Small City level. Striking strength should be unknown for now but durability should scale. Ice King and Marceline should both get High 7-C without any other keys. Jake should probably get At least High 7-C or a variable tier since his strength varies with his size. People like Bandit Princess should just be High 7-C.

Edit: Speed should probably be MHS+ until I verify the Sub-Rel calcs.

If you change the statistics for any characters, also remember to update the tier categories at the bottoms of the profile pages.

From what I read, people here are saying that the Ice King doesn't scale to Ice Crown, which I agree for the most part. Thing is though, is it really impossible for the Ice King to freeze over the Earth? I think it's reasonable to say that it's possible but the Ice King just doesn't have the imagination to think of doing something like that and/or simply CIS. Do we completely say he can't freeze the earth just because of CIS?

They are already downscaling from a Small City level feat, you can't downscale them more.
