The Enchiridion is missing a bunch of abilities such as Law Manipulation, Fusionism, Quauntum Manipulation and so on. Same applies to the Cosmic Imagination.

Things were missed in the show and the books I will add them here shortly.

Please elaborate why they should be added.

Well I have made an Adventure Time Blog: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:EmperorRorepme/Adventure_Time which explains and shows evidence for a multitude of characters. I'll list some evidence for the abilities mentioned in the OP.

Can control the "fundamentals" of the Material World: https://imgur.com/RuE6COP

Law Manipulation: https://imgur.com/6RApP8E

Fusionism; Controls The Cosmic Mind and all the beings, objects, laws and concepts within it. Can merge the Reader to The Cosmic Mind: https://imgur.com/xram7x6, https://imgur.com/38gt9uk, https://imgur.com/as4f2YE

Quantum Manipulation: Look at the second section where it's talking about portals and the multiverse, it mentions portals can be opened via a certain vibrational key, this is mere wizards which cannot even compare to The Enchiridion: https://imgur.com/jYLwarD

Yeah I read it before we could discuss some changes from it here if you wish

Also I recall the CI having power nullification scaling from the Witch from The Witch's garden

I disagree with the Enchiridion being Omniscient, he explicitly states that there are things he does not know, such as what choice the Reader will take at the end of Time, or in what state the Multiverse will sprout back into existence after it is destroyed by the Catalyst Comet.

The first Scan also says nothing about altering the fundamentals of the World, but I guess this is just nitpicking on my part, since random Mages can already control the underlying elements of reality according to the Book itself.

The rest seems fine from a cursory glance though, I am going to read more into it latter.

I trust Ultima's sense of judgement.

I suppose that the parts that Ultima accepted can be applied then.
