Accelerator Vs. OVER-1

What does OVER-1 lead with?

Then I guess Accelerator thinks and he's dead by vector manipulation

Even with those I don't see 1-OVER taking Accelerator with now to my memory of the franchise. His biggest threat are the EXE and Starforce abilities if he has them, but EM waves still produce vectors and if Megaman is an internet being in the real world, chances are he's still vectorable. Both of which I think 1-OVER doesn't share the full properties of to begin with. I don't think he has to worry about Soul stuff unless you wanna argue robots have souls, but atm he can't pull anything out nor survive a direct 4-B macrio-to-micro vector attack. Accelerator's biggest challenge is against high regenerative beings and always will be, but 1-OVER lacks that, so...I gues you can argue that he can use time-stop/space-time stuff but even in Megaman the time abilities have a clear lag before starting so it's not as if he can just think and stop time before Accelerator can vector.
Seems like a stomp. The only way to survive a 4-B Accel attack in the 4-B realm is to basically have bull immortality or some sort of weird passive that auto activates faster than he can think.
