Also, even with a day of prep, bypassing Accel's shield is pretty hard now that even magic isn't a problem and Kihara needed years to make Accel even have the "reverse punch" weakness in the first place, then he needed his freaking intellect to calculate the exact moment to pull he punhc and so on. Also, does Batman just have prep? I doubt he can gather much information, since Accel's past is "stored" in AC and etc.
