Actually Momoshiki has Time Stop in his Ghost Form,but we don't know if he is capable of fighting and there is Ghost Hagoromo which can summon the dead and seal with CT and he got some kind or Reality Warping ability which is almost featless,the only feat is dividing Kaguya into Taild Beasts and sealing her,Izanagi is based on Hagoromo's Reality Jutsu..Can he block and sense Madara's Limbo?They exist in a different dimension.

I am not knowledgeable in To Aru,just started the first season though.By the way,what is better,anime or manga?

the Light Novel is the best source. And Chibaku Tensei basically is useless due to Accel lolnoping gravity on a daily basis and being able to just move the debris coming to him.

Hagoromo's CT isn't just gravity manipulation,with it he divided Kaguya into tailed beasts and Gedo Statue.

Manga and Anime didn't even cover 60% of the novels. Manga is pretty much at volume 8 of the Novels and the anime covered up to Volume 22, but theres a LOT more.

Probably. If they don't, 545 can analyse it for him and hen he will be able to reflect.

As I've said, Kaguya's BFR is the only thing that she can possibly use and the verse against him, but due to the mechanics of it they aren't effective on Accel at all. Same with any other transporation jutsu. Current Accel is too much but I'd argue even pre NT22 would be too much too.

Accel reflected teleportation before. Both being forcibly teleported and teleporting hings inside of him got noped, creating a strange phenomenom in the three dimensional world (Thats how its described in the novel)
