I just realize its really been a while i didn't make Senran Kagura matches, so here we go then!! Using the God-tier once more. And imma use the other Pokemon who need more love, and so let's welcoming Absol! Alright, here we go!!

-Mega Absol and True Kagura are used

-Speed are equalized

-Both in character

-Place: Kyoto City

-Range are 300 meters

-Win via anything!!!

Absol's precognition and passive fear manipulation will make it pretty hard for Kagura to make a successful attack. This, along with Double Team to create dozens of Absol copies, Quick Attack for a temporary speed amp that makes Absol seem invisible, a move which can bypass and nullify forcefields and Absol's natural resistance to Telekinesis and most things that are specifically non-damaging gives Mega Absol a pretty big advantage.

Their AP isn't too far apart either; Kagura is 2.85 gigatons and Mega Absol upscales from 1062 megatons, + he can close the gap with swords dance which is very in-character
 
Kagura starts off filling the battlefield with dozens to hundreds of reality warped blades. She can take out dozens of clones fairly easily.

No, you weren't wrong. You said her Type 8 wasn't combat applicable, and it isn't.
 
No, like I said, Absol has potent passive fear manipulation + precognition, she isn't gonna be able to take out dozens of clones right from the beginning.
 
Alright, Kagura seems to have alot on her arsenall, but her Teleportation and Forcefields can prob be shut down via Taunt, and Absol is have a high resistance to her Telekinesis. Also, Absol have 2 ways to bypass forcefields in his arsenall, so they are not really a problem. Like Gyro saided, Absol have 3 ways to temporally amp his speed, via Fein, Quick Attack and Sucker Punch. Absol can use Razor Wind without the need to charge that. With Concentrator, Thunder will likely land a hit more easy, with the high chance to paralyze, that will give a huge advantage to Absol, since that will cut Kagura's speed in half, while also making Hex more stronger. Mean Look will prevent Kagura from playing the range game, making the distance between the two really short, or Pursuit can really punish Kagura if she tries to do that. Detect is also a good form of precog, making him dodge incoming attacks more easy. Snarl can also lower her AP for non physical attacks, giving that his accuracy is boosted, it is also easy to land a hit with Snarl. The previous Fear Manipulation is also boosted with the IQ Skills. The combination of Leer and SD makes the Gap to be in favor of Absol. The things that Kagura have that can give a number on Absol is her Spatial Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation and Reality Warping. How good are those? Future Sight, Snarl, Thunder, Dark Pulse and Psycho Cut can problaby be used while Absol is in the effect of Gravity or Spatial Manipulation, but, depending on how strong it is, Kagura's Reality Warping can prob just finish Absol.

Absol could problaby use Reality Warping via the combination of Detect, Me First and Extra Striker, but, since i don't know how good it is, i am voting Absol for now
 
You know how strong is her Reality Warping Schmuck? This is the real thing that can just screw Absol up
 
You see the shards and blades that pop into existence whenever she attacks in that video as well as in the gifs? Those are the product of her reality warping them into existence.
