In the ultimate Series The NeverQueen posses Omniscience in the outside she sees everything & knows everything not only about eternity but even outside of him.

So should we give her omniscience instead of nigh omniscience?

I think Nigh-Omniscience is safer. Being Omniscient would imply that she knows absolutely everything.

Nigh-Omniscience is safer. Not even Oblivion is totally Omniscient. It is really hard to have complete Omniscients in settings like Marvel and DC which have an outrageous number of Abstract entities.
