He's not banished the Mother of Existence away from the physical universe for over 1000 Years.
He's just believe that The Mother is "disappeared", It may be true that she's vanquished.
But is no proof that he's banished her. This is false information, please fix them.
In Spawn Encyclopedia. said "Mother then disappeared and when she will reappear is anyone's guess. Mammon seems to believe that she will not return for another 10,000 years, but why (or how he could know) is uncertain."
Maybe she's just "Doesn't care about world anymore" or anything else. But mammon cannot banished her.
