About Madara(alive) and Hashirama

There is something i don't really understand about them,are Madara and Hashirama Glass Cannon? i know for example that Madara is mountain\Island+ level with Perfect Susano'o but does only his Susano'o has Island+ level durability or Madara himself capable to tank such attacks ? same question about Hashirama and his Shinsuusenju

The whole point of Susano'o is to provide a defense for the user. Madara's durability is almost certainly not as high as his own Susano'o.

It's pretty obvious that Madara is not as durable as his Susanno nor Hashirama to his Golem.

To my knowledge they have never tanked attacks from them.
