False, Diavolo wouldn't have seen that as it happened due to his attack, which he did knowing he was going to win by seeing his vision. GER changed the present and thereby the future, before GER changed that the future was Diavolo winning and hence Diavolo saw that, the vision was correct, until it wasn't.
