Aang is in permanent Avatar State and set to High 8-C
Battle takes place in a field on Planet Clancer.
Battle starts 20 meters apart
No knowledge or preptime
Both are in-character
Due to the odd speed of the two with Aang having no travel speed put down? but otherwise having MHS speeds and Marina having lower speed of only hypersonic+ but relativisitc reactions I'm going to keep it unequalized and wait for further input from other users.
