That's for the general CRT for controversial topics/verses/powers. However, Tier 1 threads require "all the staff available" as per the CRT page. This is taken to mean at least 5 according to Ant in other threads, and I also agree 3 is not enough.

Yes, Low 1-C seems fine from reality being illusion and the evidence to that it is infinitesimal to the characters.

I could already see some things in the P&A sections in the profile u showed that could be added like Immo 1 & 5, possible Transduality, AE, CM etc
