Yes, the resistance it's passive, he is seemingly inmune to in verse curses because his spell is the top spell made by the god of the outside, he can even dispell curses(13 month series curse) that not even admins(6A) can by being close to the subject of the curse or spell

The nullification is active by shinwonryu

I remembered that I can vote.

I vote Bam via resistance to magic+long range nullification to energy and magic+immobilization and shinsu spam or dura neg+superior skill+absorbtion and if he uses the second thorn he becomes x5 stronger.
 
Cool, how does her powernull works? Either way, Bam resist Power Null too so it won't do much against him.

Her resistance to power null is a good thing, but still does little to everything else he has
