Basically it causes 60 points of damage when the door has 100 LP (LP, Structural Points in the table, is basically HP), that means two hits are required. Of course, how RNG works in the verse, it can cause more damage, but most of the time will cause less that 100 points of damage, and thus, would require two strikes.

I would say Hyoga is a better choice. I might be wrong but I think he is supposed to be the second strongest.
