Speed isn’t an issue, it’ll be equalised, but if you have two different speed ratings and one is drastically higher for the other then only the lower one gets “truly” equalised, so you can still blitz

I know she’s listed as a skilled combatant, but that all seems to be with her powers. She doesn’t even have Martial Arts listed on her profile, so I suspect people as skilled as Tsukasa and Finn will overwhelm her (At least they should be able to, I’m hoping her powers aren’t crazy broken because honestly supernatural stuff isn’t really meant for this tournament, but again I owe Peppersalt a lot of leniency)

His movement speed is baseline subsonic, his reaction (and combat) speed is baseline transonic, that’s 9x

It is combat speed that gets equalized though, so if his combat speed is equal to his reaction speed it shouldn't be a problem.
Nah just an unfortunate group, don’t worry though the tournament is designed so even if you get a bad group you can still go far

But no, because travel speed gets reduced by the same multiplier, so I guess it might be like that.
