9-B Brackets: Round 11

Does Charming's Broadway Force work on humans? If so everything he needs to do is start singing and the next thing Scar sees is a sword striking his neck. Otherwise Scar one-shots with Alchemy.
 
I think TheOwnMagic has a good idea of how it works, I'll ask him.

Yes, Charming's power does work on humans. He powernulled this woma, who pretty much stomps Scar. Voting for Charming via nullification and hitting his enemy in the face with his sword.

Prince Charming looks better to me. Scar doesn't have an aswer to his Broadway Force. So, really, yeah, Charming FRA.
