Yes because assuming in a battle royale that everyone is gonna be paying attention to 173 at all times when there's a literal blind guy in the fight
 
...and so someone with no defensive hax and only offensive hax is acid manipulation... in a speed equalized battle(ruining the point of someone whose entire thing is they are fast if you look away)... isnt close to the strongest 9-B.
 
...Inti, look at who is in this royale. Just having Acid Manipulation is more hax than a lot of charactrs here.
