Alright.

Attack: Iggy Des has no given attack value and is therefore just above baseline 9-A.

Durability: Iggy, see attack.

Lifting Strength: Iggy, in which the Fool is Superhuman if you are considering at default that Des has average human strength.

Stamina: Des. Very High > Iggys Superhuman

Range: Iggy, has 5 meters with the Fool whereas Des only has regular range.

Intelligence: Assumed Equal. Iggy relies on tactics and Des relies on skill, which seem to cancel each other out.

Experience: ??? (They are both at an unknown age)

Abilities: Iggy. With the Fool, he is most likely able to make sand shields to protect his user from the blows from its opponent, and but Des has very threatening moves such as his counters, but that can easily be covered by making sand block the blow.

Conclusion: Des may wear out slower, but he loses in every category. The Fool can help pretty well in attacking its opponent, and Des can never really manage to get his counters because of the sand that is created. He gets outranged and most likely, Fool can suffocate him to death by burying him in deep sand. I guess I will vote Iggy.
