Only calc I see for Scarface is the one I just made. Nothing near 8-B but it makes Tier 9 consistent.

Well, I used that for it, yes. I used TNT's energy, multiplied it by 1.6, and got 16 tons.

What's 1.6 come from again? If we take the 9-A value of 95,298,833 joules and multiply by 1.6 you get 152478132.8 joules, which is still 9-A.

I don't mind obscure characters.
I guess my philosophy has always been, if you have a character in the bracket, vote, lol. It makes things go a bit faster and it's always appreciated when it's done for their match as well.
Unless you can't make up your mind on a solid vote (like the 8-B brackets, lol).
