9-A Brackets

I'm unsure exactly how potent it is, it seems to work on regular Humans and the Xen Aliens from what I remember.

The Gluon Gun destabilizes and shoots Gluon particles at enemies which is the Matter Manip. The Antimatter Manip comes from the Pulse Rifle's Secondary Fire, which shoots a ball of Antimatter at enemies. It seems to be able to disintegrate regular enemies like the Combine and Zombies, but tougher opponents can take a few hits from it. (Basically, if you have 9-A dura, it'll take a few hits from it to kill you.)

I suppose that's alright since he's baseline and likely fights enemies comparable to himself. Some dura negation on a low AP characters should fit right in. Added.

It's in the OP, lol. Essentially, if a character is stomped in the first match, for something other than AP, that character will be replaced with a character in the extra slot, as I'm assuming the stomp will be due to some unfair hax (and not just a happenstance bad matchup). In this case, the character doing the stomping will be replaced with the extra character.

Well, so far, I ALREADY hate Agnaa's pick because it can do THAT, and that I've lost too many of these in the past.

So baseline 9-A?
 
Also, can Scarface not tank Turok's High 8-C attacks?
