The contenders for this round are An Incarnation of the Radius, submitted by Xmark12, and Rin (Senran Kagura), submitted by Arrogant Schmuck.

Speed is not equal. Battle takes place on Floor 100 in SAO.

AINCRAD is 78 Tons, Rin is 78 Tons. Rin is baseline Hypersonic or Mach 5, AINCRAD is Mach 11, I think.

Unfortunately she's got like the least amount of screentime out of anyone in both the anime and any of the manga and Marvelous doesn't really believe in cutscenes outside of dialogue so as far as what she does in character goes I can't really say

And wouldn't it take a while for her to fully grow another one?

No, she summons the tree.

I don't think so, she can create it almost instantly, but the healing can be interrupted.
