I don’t see how she’d be able to skill stomp most of these. Besides being more skilled doesn’t automatically give you the win (unless it’s to a ridiculous degree).

Considering folks who are under or equal to Neo in skill from RWBY skill stomp 99% of the verses thread they're in that are mostly melee, yeah, she's gonna dominate here to an extreme degree. With only a few standing at all a chance and even then Neo employs a very dodge-heavy strategy.

Well seeing how they are the size of buildings and have waaayyyy too many range options for her deal by virtue of long arms and throwing trees/buildings. I don’t see it that way.

You do realize she has good enough acrobatics to handle that right? And can just, you know, break things like Prime by basically touching them too hard due to being a one-shot over 249 tons.

Neo would be fine depending on the skill of the others, there are some other characters here that look like they have some pretty good skill feats but aren't as well known as RWBY characters. But I can also save a spot for them in Slaanesh's tournament, graceful agility kind of Slaanesh's thing more than Khorne anyway

Canon Vader only resorts to force powers if he has to, at least 90% of his fights are pure stat amps and lightsaber shenanigans

By the way, Bidoof was supposed to get upgraded to Small City along with other first evolutions, so I would not recommend choosing it.

I revised the OP, they're not bloodlusted in the VsBattles sense of automatically using your most powerful attack or effective strategy first, just really inclined to use melee attacks
