For now Diana has the advantage because with bloodlust, Bad Girl is gonna start with physical attacks and Diana has more AP and formal training

Without bloodlust, Bad Girl is extremely tricky to fight

Bad Girl is incredibly skilled, your average assassin is expected to be able to kill dozens of armed thugs (All in the same room) and Bad Girl rose to the top in the UAA with incredible ease before facing Travis. Travis did beat Bad Girl, but barely, he describes it as the third hardest fight he's ever had. In fact, right after being revived a decade later she's able to keep up with a much more experienced and skilled Travis.

• Travis Touchdown's abilities are legendary in the world of No More Heroes, having become the strongest assassin in America twice in the span of a few years despite, by the beginning of the game, his skills mostly coming from pro wrestling training and sword fighting lessons on video. He has defeated assassins with decades of experience and prodigies able to learn moves that'd normally take several years in one day, or geniuses able to create incredibly complex battle suits or supernatural game consoles, and received training from various other combat masters such as the legendary Yakuza hitman Thunder Ryu and the drunken master Randall Lovikov.
• Can complete various assassination gigs which required him to defeat several enemies at once, often under a time limit or heavy limitations to his abilities (Such as being forbidden from using his weapons, or dying in a single hit), including Death Match 100, which pits him up against a hundred enemies at once.
• By Travis Strikes Again, Travis' defense is so good that even fighters better than him cannot get past his guard at all, and he will manage to pre-emptively counter their attacks the second they drop theirs

Bad Girl's stamina is also insane, she could fight and overpower Travis after being impaled with his beam katana and her Instinctive Reaction are better than Badman's, who can fight while unconscious and even when conscious only uses that instinct to fight.

I have one problem with this match

Bad girl AP seems to be baseline because in Travis 8-A justification, everything is "He is superior to 8-B+ characters"

Baseline 8-A is 100 tons, I can´t find any number and if she upscale from 8-B+, giving her 100 tons more to be at minimun 200 tons seems extremely unlikely

So until someone show me what is her AP with a calc, Bad girl should not be in this tournament

200 tons to 1kiloton is not a strict metric, but if she should be withdrawn, then Diana advances
