Questions aside, Sam via actually having combat experience and I reckon an AP advantage. Lifting strength will help her out as well

Soccer balls are around 1 pound of 0.45 kg.

Which means Stephanie's AP is now 0.5*0.45*857.157^2 = 165311.577596 joules.
