Kirby has several wincons yes, trapping Ben inside his stomach (although Swampfire has some objections about that) and Clockwork could possibly escape as well cause he can travel to different timelines and maybe different dimensions. Transmutating him inside his stomach is also an option before he can escape unless if it happens over time cause Ben can switch aliens to prevent transmutation. existence erasure and eating the panel but I think those have a low chance of happening. So Ben should take this quite easily via higher AP and dare I say better versatility since Ben also has ridiculous absorbers who can basically eat up (sometimes literally) any of Kirby's elemental attacks and send them back.

are you sure that didn't use Clockwork? but SBA same thing do unlike Atomic-X is op.

I am having a hard time understanding your English but no Ben did not have access to Clockwork during the time of the feat with Swampfire IIRC (it could also be he just jumped back after arriving in the Null Void but I doubt it's that easy). Atomic-X is powerful and haxy but does not have all of Alien X's powers as you can see in his profile.
