Beings of gnosis 40 are no longer affected by Time Manipulation (stopping time, are aware of any temporal change, and can't nully their actions by reverting time), unless the one that controls time have more gnosis.

So he resists unless she has some verse specific stat. Meaning it's probably really hard to judge.

Higher dimensional Regenerationn, aging things backwards until they stop existing, manipulating energy, manipulating space, creating worms that move through higher dimensions which can scatter the opponent throughout infinite dimensional space and by that negate Regenerationn and Zeno of Elea's Logic Manipulation stuff.

Welp, generally existence power are limited by gnosis, so Rudra is either resistent or immune (difficult to compare to a gnosis 45 being, as only one has put a foot in Gaia: Tawil At'Umur, the Aeon of space and time).

Although, technically they can resist the summoning power from Tawil, that expel one outside all the times, and even being capable to be vanished to Primal Void, but that is not gnostic based (can be resisted regardless of gnosis) and its only a fraction of its power. That's the more similar ability (at the time).
