1. Thor was hardly comparable to Skyfather Herc. All he did was distract Herc with a lightning blast and a Mjolnir throw enough to stop him from fighting other Skyfathers. In the same storyline a Zeus amped by Chaos King stomped the God Squad until Herc defeated him. (Chaos War #3). Also by that time (2010), Thor has already used up all his Odinforce to repair Mjolnir (Thor Vol 1 #602, 2009).
2. Dan Jurgens does not treat skyfather-level beings as Multi-Galaxy level. Also the idea of Asgard warring against other pantheons was only implied and mentioned. They were still around when Strange channelled their power to temporarily remove the Odinforce.
Also, Matthew said he's doing research on Odin, which may make beings scaled from him (King Thor included) 3-A anyway.
