Well both can one-shot. And Lucemon can also steal and use Voice of God...But a word is far faster than throwing a red ball of energy. Lucemon has what's needed to kill him, but whether he can use them is another issue altogether.

Lucemon nulls regen and resurrection those and all those killed by a Demon Lord becomes an aspect of said Demon Lord. Not only that, Lucemon kinda resists Power Null as a whole. Not like it matters with Voice of God in play.
