10-A Tournament

Before everyone starts nominating, let's go over the ground rules:

1: Each person can only nominate 2 characters (While they can be part of the same series, they must not have fought canonically).

2: Only nominate characters that scale to, or have, 100 to 300 joule feats (if not feat is described, they will be labeled as baseline, but still allowed to participate).

3: Hax are fine (though please try to steer clear of them), as long as they don't render matches as stomps (ex: Casuality Manipulation, Higher-Dimensional Existence and Abstract Existence).

4: Should an inconclusive pop up, I will flip a coin (Heads for the former combatant, tails for the latter). Stomps immediately eliminate the weaker fighter. However, if any characters break the rules list here, they will be disqualified.

5: Across all fights, speed is equalized.

Other than that, there are 16 characters to nominate.

I am concerned with adding Ougi onto the bracket, as her Misdirection (a Status Effect Inducement power) broke a High 8-C tournament a while back if you remember. I'll keep a slot open for her incase everyone is okay with letting her in, but I just need to be sure that Ougi doesn't stomp the entire bracket.
 
Also, I'm sure the answer is a no, but is this guy allowed? He's 10-A... or at least, his demon follower is. He's baseline 9-C

Also forgot to mention AP. 008 is baseline while Kondraki scales to neck breaking, or 151 J
 
If Ougi would straight up stomp the entire tournament on the back of Misdirection, especially since this tournament is mostly haxless, then no. and I personally would be looking at that Absorption on Koyomi, because Absorption can be really tame or really nasty depending on what it is
 
Chimps scale to at least 160 joules based off of them being 4 times stronger then a human, which the baseline is 40 joules
 
They're 1.5x stronger than a human, actually, that 4x study was disproved. An average human is closer to 70-100 joules, so a large chimp should be around 150 j

Diavolo does not have King Crimson here, which includes the time erasure since I'll be using Doppio, so he should be fine. Also, we already have two SCP Foundation characters, so I'll have to leave off Dr. Bright, sorry.
