The only fight where this works is if we make James Bond fight a falco. Honestly he's been killing anime characters quite a bit recently so this is nothing new to him. Bond has his 9-A gear and speed is equalized, but I'm willing to change things to make it more even. Fight takes place in Central Park.
 
God this is cool

Obviously Bond outskills but there is a problem here. Bond has absolutely no way of seeing the stand and even if he's in the Vanquish, a big icicle will destroy it.

However, on the flip side, if James sees an icicle coming for him and sees the ice, he can just make the Vanquish go invisible and send homing rockets to Pet Shop. Eventually PS should get overwhelmed. PS has zero way of seeing through the invisibility (which is funny since James can't see the stand) and eventually Bond just drives around spamming rockets, machine gun fire and even his own 9-A weaponry to take him down.

Could go either way, but since Bond is in the car at first and since he has dodged a lot of crazy stuff and survived rockets in the car over the years (meaning the car has survived as well) I feel like with his skill set and the vanquish's sheer versatility he should take this with high difficulty

and I'm already abusing this by making the main character fight a comic book girl.
 
Okay, this is REALLY CLOSE! But I think I'm going for Bond here because of more skill and tranquilizers. You guys should contact me for James Bond threads, I love them.
 
Hmm, okay. I feel like that both of them would find themselves ahead of the other, as they tend to stay several steps in front of their opponents, so I suppose that given the reasonings explained above, I'll go ahead and give my vote to Bond.
 
The ice should also be invisible because it comes from the stand

No other projectile shot by a stand is visible to non stand users
 
I see. I figured that especially about Hol Horse bullets since technically they are part of the stand. Emerald Splash makes sense

So we can keep this going as it was then. The ice can be seen!
 
I'm gonna vote for Pet Shop, I think Bond not having prior knowledge on the bird can be a huge problem for him. Pet Shop for what we saw of it is willing to and can tactically use how unassuming it is to its advantage. I doubt Bond is gonna lead with his 9-A stuff on what he assumes to be a regular bird.
 
I mean, one he sees icicle spears raining down from the sky, he'll get in the vanquish and go invisible. He isn't gonna stand there like the beggar did. Plus he'll also do this when he notices his regular stuff ain't doing enough and he'll get in the car again
