It's one thing when these concepts are applied a couple of times (although there are actually more similarities there than I wrote). It's another when the interview explicitly says that Rewrite by design is the chemistry of 07-expansion and Rewrite itself.

Ryushiki has also stated that it's a work that he doesn't own, and is a studio product that he helped produce and write. There's a difference. He directly contrasts this with works that are his own like Umineko and Higurashi.

This. They have basically nothing to do with each other on a narrative level apart from some similar themes, which can be chalked up as Ryushiki using similar themes when he wrote parts of it.

He was given freedom to write it however he wanted. That does not mean he connected it back to his other works. It's still not his own work lmfao

Bro wtf are you talking about? Your own text says that he accepted it from someone else, so it's clearly not his own work. He's working on it and had a part in its conception, but it is directly contrasted against his actual stories like Umineko and Higurashi. So no, there is no actual connection between their cosmologies lmfao.
