    Shouldn't Tournament Saga Goku be 8-A? Roshi didn't get notably stronger before he fought Tien in the next tournament, and Goku nearly fought him to a draw. It's better than the reasoningless High 8-C he's currently at. This would boost most characters to 8-A by scaling.
