1 km distance and a week of prep? I thought it was a bit of an ability stomp already. I think the best way to make this fair, is to have them start at pretty close range...and I just saw that speed isn't equalized. Goku is Hypersonic+ so he speed blitzes here.
If you're gonna equalize speed, then I'd highly recommend you make the distance much shorter to favor Goku's close range fighting, as I don't think it would be super fair otherwise. I'm not even sure if this version of Goku can fly without Nimbus.
