    Since Jotaro who had his Over Heaven abilities awaken could not inflict much harm towards HA Dio and has to use the bracelet to cause a time paradox in order to defeat him, wouldn't that mean HA Dio should have 2-A durability? If this is accepted, should this also scale to Jotaro as well?

    I figured somebody should have to point out how The World: Over Heaven has Infinite Speed via scaling to Johnny's Tusk Act 4 and Giorno's GER, when neither of which have infinite speed on their profiles. I suggest TWOH be downgraded to Massively FTL instead.
