    His power lever goes from 26000 to 40000 whilst using Critical Over.It's a gaint improvement though he couldn't severly hurt Escanor.His tier shouldn't be settled at high 7-A .IMO Critical Over ver.Galand is many times stronger than his original form.PL is more important than other facters.
